Adult Clinics – 2025
- Players must register online for each clinic.
- Registration opens one week prior.
- Payment will be collected onsite via cash, Venmo, or credit.
- ZCTC Members: $25/per session
- Non-Members: $30/per session

Doubles Clinic for Men/Women, 3.0 – 4.0

Join us for a doubles clinic designed to sharpen your strategy. Whether you’re a seasoned doubles player or looking to take your game to the next level, this clinic will provide you with the tools and insights to dominate the court with quick stroke tips, drills, and point play to develop winning strokes and situational tactics. We will highlight court positioning, net play, and movement from baseline to net as we explore the intricacies of doubles play. Sessions run with a minimum of 3 players. Minimum of 4 players for 90mins, 3 players is 60mins.

Our live ball clinic is designed to elevate your game and get your heart pumping. Expect fast-paced drills, intense rallies, and expert coaching. This advanced tennis clinic is designed for skilled players (3.5 rating and above) seeking to elevate their game. Through intensive drills, strategic match play analysis, and personalized feedback, participants will refine their technique, enhance court awareness, and develop advanced tactical strategies. This clinic provides a challenging and competitive environment for serious players aiming to reach their full potential. Sessions run with a minimum of 3 players. Minimum of 4 players for 90mins, 3 players is 60mins. Max of 6 players.
Lessons and Camps
*NEW!* Adult Learn to Play Camp (Beginner/Advanced Beginner) :Our comprehensive 6-week “Learn to Play Tennis” program is designed for both absolute beginners and advanced beginners, providing a fun, supportive, and engaging environment to master the game.
For Beginners: This program is your perfect entry point! You’ll learn all the essentials from the ground up. Our experienced instructors will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you build a solid foundation and feel confident on the court.
For Advanced Beginners: This program will help you elevate your game. We’ll focus on improving stroke consistency and power, developing volleys and overheads, understanding basic strategy, and enhancing your court movement. You’ll gain the skills and confidence to participate in casual matches and rallies.
Meets weekly on Mondays from 9:00am to 10:30am. $180 for a 6-week session.

Dave Nostrant Tennis Camp (Dave Nostrant) [One of the Top 25 Best Tennis Camps in the World -Tennis Resorts Online] – This is Dave’s national camp (The Vic Braden Tennis College) that was in St. George, Utah, for many years. People from all over the country attend this camp now held at ZCTC from May to October and in St. George, October to April. Video analysis of the forehand, backhand, and serve highlights the camp. Other strokes covered are the return, volleys, approach, lob and overhead. Doubles and singles strategy, point play with coaching. Afternoons 1:30-5:30. By reservation only. Tuesday Night Social Dubs
Every Tuesday | 6:00–9:00 p.m. (starts June 3, 2025 and ends August 26, 2025)
Tuesday nights at ZCTC are all about fun, friendly, and social tennis. While everyone plays to win, the emphasis is on great rallies, good company, and enjoying time on the court.
ZCTC organizers will create matches that pair players of similar ability (some tennis experience required), and you can expect to rotate partners and opponents throughout the evening. Match formats vary based on who shows up and may include short sets, full sets, women’s, men’s, or mixed doubles.
