Match Locations

  • Most matches will be played at Zephyr Cove Tennis Club (ZCTC) located at 837 Warrior Way, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448.
  • Some matches will take at South Lake Tahoe High School (SLHS) at 1735 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. For matches at SLHS, you do not need to check in at ZCTC. The “Google plus code” for SLHS is WX5M+XV South Lake Tahoe, California/.

Friday Night Dinner (5-7 pm @ ZCTC) (casual/tennis dress)

Our Friday night dinner will be a BBQ @ the Zephyr Cove Park Group Picnic Area that is located between the tennis courts and the alternate parking lot shown in the picture below. You may pick up your food anytime between 5-7 pm. The dress is tennis/casual. We will have soft drinks/water available, but, if you prefer, BYOB that is not in a glass container. Players may order a vegetarian entrée in advance of the tournament at zctennisclub@gmail.com. You may register and pay for non-playing dinner guests at https://www.zctennis.com/classic-guest-dinner-registration/.

Tahoe Classic Fundraiser

The non-profit Zephyr Cove Tennis Club Foundation’s major fundraiser is during the Tahoe Classic. 100% of the proceeds go to fund ZCTC’s facilities and programs. This year we will host a silent auction on Thursday and Friday and a 50/50 raffle during the Friday night BBQ.

THANK YOU TO OUR FUNDRAISER SUPPORTERS!

Tahoe Classic Good Sport Award

In recognition of the highest standard of character, integrity, fairness, and respect exhibited on and off the court during the Tahoe Classic, we will award Good Sport awards during the tournament. Nominate candidates at the tournament desk. Winners will be determined by the tournament director and will receive a gift.

Parking

Do NOT park in the library parking spaces at ZCTC on Thursday or Friday! Parking at ZCTC may be limited because of softball and beach activities. Additional parking is available in the upper deck: after turning onto Warrior Way from Hwy 50, take an immediate right at the “Zephyr Cove Park” sign and drive to the end of the road to park next to the disc golf/picnic areas.

Alternate parking area for ZCTC tennis courts

Other Information

  • Restrooms at ZCTC are located in the library lobby and above the courts next to the picnic area (porta-potties with hand washing stations). Please do not change clothes in the library bathrooms. A pop-up tent will be available next to the Pro Shop to change clothes.
  • Bring ice/coolers and dress for warm weather.
  • No dogs are allowed at ZCTC (Douglas County restriction).
  • No glass is allowed at ZCTC (Douglas County restriction).

  • closed Saturday and Sunday, but people can purchase books in the lobby
  • the Tahoe Daily Tribune, San Francisco Chronicle, and magazines are available for people to read in-house during library open hours
