2023 Classic Registration

  • A USTA number is required to register for the Classic. Contact us if you don’t have one.
  • I will be prepared to play first round matches on Thursday and night matches on Thur-Sat.
  • This is to designate your first event (such as “women’s 8.0”). Select “no first event” to register only for the dinner.
  • NOTICE! Each player from a doubles team must complete this registration form!
  • In consideration for and by entering the Tahoe Tennis Classic, you acknowledge that it is not without risk. You agree that the Zephyr Cove Tennis Club Foundation and Douglas County, along with their tournament directors, facilities, sponsors, agents, employees, and assigns (collectively, the “ZCTCF”) will not be held liable for injury, illness, accident, emergency, death, or other related problems arising from the tournament. You agree to hold the ZCTCF harmless in the event you suffer personal injury, theft, damage, or loss during the tournament. Sportsmanlike conduct will be required of all participants. The tournament director and agents, in their sole discretion, may disqualify any player exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct. No refunds will be issued.
  • The novel coronavirus, COVID, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Zephyr Cove Tennis Club Foundation (“ZCTC”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID; however, ZCTC cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID. Further, attending ZCTC could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID and voluntarily assume the risk that I and my child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID by attending ZCTC and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID at ZCTC may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, ZCTC employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and/or my child(ren), including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with or attendance at ZCTC or participation in ZCTC programming (“Claims”). On my behalf and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless ZCTC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of ZCTC, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any ZCTC program.
  • In consideration for and by entering the Tahoe Tennis Classic, I give ZCTC Foundation the right to take photographs of me during the Classic for use on ZCTC’s website, Facebook page, flyers, and emails.
